Terrible Stay
cancellation charges of two rooms not adjusted and response is so poor. Hotel reception is bad with harsh responses and room is pathetic with bad smell and the pillows are not hygienic

Good Stay
Good business hotel but rooms need to be upgrade as per as interior is concern. Food and stuff was good.

Average Stay
Location is good. The room was spacious but had a bad stinky smell of old place. Bed liens had the same smell. The water boiler was unclean. I was tired hence didn’t attempt to change the room. Restaurant was good.

Poor Stay
• Staff & Service: 5/5 • Breakfast: 4/5 • Rooms: 1/5 Stayed here for one night during a work trip. The breakfast spread and the courteous service were commendable, but the room condition was far from expectations. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a persistent unpleasant smell. Upholstery across the room had visible stains, and even the toilet seat was stained. Overall, it lacked the comfort and freshness expected from a 5-star property — no sense of relaxation at all.

Poor service
the service was very slow. sometimes my queries were not answered and I was not given stuff... the hallway on my room floor was very dirty... the rooms's latch was broken so literally any hotel staff could enter and I wouldn't even know... there was hair on the bathroom floor before when I checked in...

It was an awesome stay, Staff was very supportive and nice people. Rooms are clean and hygiene. varities are there for veg breakfast. Airport is just half an hour away from property location. It's value for money
