Review:
This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
Staff are completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
The room menu clearly mentions dinner service until 11:00 PM, but when I placed an order at 10:40 PM, they outright denied it despite repeated requests. I had to order via Swiggy, and even then the reception refused room delivery. Note I have just check in at 10.20pm.
Food is overpriced and the service quality is pathetic. I ordered soup and starters before the main course with instructions to serve them separately. Instead, everything was served together, and the soup and starters arrived cold. The staff’s excuse was simply that “food was ready, so we served it.”
Their restaurant advertisement mentions non-veg availability, but they denied it while ordering.
Maintenance is equally poor. I complained about a leaking flush at 7:30 PM, but no action was taken until 9:30 PM and only after a second reminder. By then, thousands of liters of water had been wasted.
Overall, this hotel is a third-class property with useless staff and terrible service.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel—there are plenty of much better options in Ahmedabad at similar or even lower rates.
Also note it's not 4 star property
