not good . mosquito problem, window broken, water in wash basin very slow, can not located in Google map while boling

no room service, no soaps provide no towels, staff very unresponsive. pathetic stay. very disappointed

Property is at good connectivity to all important places, good amenities and services. Realy value for money

Location is good. Food is below average. Room amenities are just ok but bathroom amenities are pathetic. No towels were provided. One towel provided for two people. No hand towel, not shampoo, no conditioner, no drinking water bottles in the room, taps were twisted and leaking.

This hotel is terrible and have power cut issue whole night. It seems they are deliberately doing this.

Not a decent place to stay with family. The staff and owner are extremely unprofessional. Instead of solving issues they ask you to take refund and leave their hotel.

They don't provide dental kit/shaving kit. They don't have cattle in room. They provide unsealed water bottle.

Hotel cleanliness was nice. Good hospitality. However the facilities provided was very less as compared to the price paid.

This hotel should not even be considered a hotel, i could not have contact information for the address, they did not even try to get in touch with me regarding my booking. I searched the phone number on mm t and google, both phone numbers were of different hotel and not royal crown. I did not even stayed in hotel because i could not reach out there. But do you guys even know ? i did not checked in to the hotel, there are no communications regarding this. I did not checked-in

Terrible experience, we were 3 people, me and my parents, that's why we booked a room with 2+1 bed so that we can stay comfortably. When we reached the hotel the staff told us that the room which we booked has a leakage problem and when the manager came, he said that the room was already being used by someone else and they extended it for 15 days and now we had to stay in a smaller room and with only 2 beds. We were refunded the extra charges that we paid for the 3 bed room but this is not how you treat your customers. If the room was already being used and was extended, they should have called us and informed so that we could have chose some other place to stay.

Room was so neat n clean..1 day stay experience was too good in this royal crown hotel I recommend to all.
