the property was good.the staff was curtious very helpful and humble. the location was prime and everything was just 20 25 mins away. good food and clean rooms. special shout out to mhd sidiqui for all the help.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton. Positives: • Staff were courteous and helpful • Rooms and common areas were clean Negatives: • The room still has a decade-old set-top box instead of a smart TV — and even that wasn’t working • Flush in the washroom was not working Overall, while service and cleanliness are good, the facilities seriously need an upgrade to meet current standards.

We booked Deluxe room had very good experience staying there, staff were very supportive and food was delicious.

Housekeeping never answered the phone, the hotel is short of staff even the luggage was sent to rooms by security guards.

I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast buffet service. The quality and management were very poor and far below expectations. On top of that, I was sitting in the lobby where the AC was not working, which made the experience even worse. Considering this is a Marriott property, I am truly shocked that such a low standard of service is being provided.

The property was very much good it was cleaned properly lobby area walking area room's and also i asked for late check-out and I got it at very reasonable rates I had in room dinning & brekfast over there so food quality was very good & also behaviour of all the staff waa very nice.

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect – close to all major attractions yet peaceful. The property was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The food was delicious with good variety and prompt service. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Stayed for a night with family. The hotel offers excellent food and service, which really stood out. Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety, and the chef was very accommodating, even preparing a less spicy dish especially for my child. However, the room quality left much to be desired. The property feels dated – the floor had visible scratches, and the upholstery had noticeable stains, which gave a poor impression. Overall, a decent stay if you're focused on food and hospitality, but the rooms definitely need an upgrade.
