Very bad service and cockroach all over the room. Bathroom were too small you can’t even take a bath

Hotel kunj villa, ahmedabad very humble staff and manager. I stay in 3days, had a great experience clean room and all facilities available, only food service little slow for rooms. Rest everything was good. Would recommend everyone for budget stay. Great hotel ! & had great experience rooms: 5/5 | service: 5/5 | location: 4/5

A good experience overall, i stayed for 3 days. The room was cleaned before reaching the hotel from the client site.

Pros: easily located on the main road. Reception desk person was helpful with check in process. Cons: room was quite dirty and dusty with lots of short strands of hair on the bed under and over the blanket. Frame of the cot and the cushion at the head end were quite dusty. The air from the ac smelled like dust, needs cleaning. Also the property is located on the fourth floor of a dirty looking building with dingy stairs and elevators to take you upstairs. Room boy asks for a tip just for providing you one soap and towel for two people. In the morning, the instant geyser worked. But on touching the taps, to my horror, i experienced mild electric shocks a couple of times which stopped after unplugging the plug from the socket. I hope this property cleans up and rectifies all these huge shortcomings and improves for the safety of its customers
