This was very unprofessional and misleading
Very disappointing experience. Before booking, I called the hotel and confirmed that unmarried couples were allowed. They clearly said yes and gave all the details. But when we reached the property, they refused to allow check-in, saying that unmarried couples were not permitted. They told us to cancel the trip and promised that once they received the email, they would approve it and the refund would be processed. Later, they said the booking was non-refundable. I didn’t get the room or any refund.

Rooms are very old and broken. Bathroom didn’t have dryer. Spider web at curtains. Doors are broken. Very old

Poor Stay
Plugs dont work, extra small rooms, sinks are clogged, ac not controlling temp. I mean very struggle full experince to stay here.
