Terrible Stay
I had a terrible experience at this property and would strongly advise others to avoid it. I paid for what was claimed to be a “Premier Room with River View,” but the reality was far from it. There was nothing remotely premium about the room — no smart TV (a basic feature in most hotels these days), and even the HD channels on the set-top box weren’t working. The so-called river view was just a tiny window through which you could barely see the river. The worst part was the foul smell in the room. When I raised the issue with the front desk and requested a room change, they dismissed it outright, claiming there was no issue — which was both frustrating and unprofessional. Although later on they shifted me into another room which was similar to earlier one. I requested for upgrade which was not considered. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, overpriced, and completely underwhelming. I regret booking this place and hope this review helps others make a better choice. Definitely not recommended.

Nothing premium about it. Small rooms. Old cramped. Needs renovation. Toiletries were not restocked. Mosquitoes. To add bedsheets were tron old and stinking

Poor Stay
I had booked kind size beds and they tried palming off the single bed to me. My room shower cabin drain was blocked and there was a flood in the bathroom. It took half a day to sort it. Hot water was not there. I had to request for them for it. Food was very average at the resturant.
