I recently stayed at FERN RESIDENCYand it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, making me feel instantly at ease.

The Fern Hotel mear Subhash bridge is just 4.8 km from Ahmedabad Airport, clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The real charm is the people—front desk, restaurant, and room service staff are all cooperative, attentive, and always smiling. Special thanks to Manisha and Prince for their sincere and energetic service at the restaurant. I travelled to Ahmedabad often for work and stayed at many hotels; while the property isn’t grand, management keeps everything on track for a great stay and customer satisfaction. Suggestion: Free airport pick-up was included in my package —adding a drop-off, too would be more appreciated.

GYM is not good
GYM is very poor and doesn't have sufficient machines. Also some of the machines are not working. Also they have a breakfast

Average Stay
We stayed at this hotel for one day on 2nd June. Firstly, the room we were given was completely different from what we saw on the website. Secondly, the room and bathroom were not clean — definitely not what one would expect from a 4-star property. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience overall. The only positive aspect was their breakfast, which was quite good.

since the time we checked in there was some construction work going on till the time we checked out even at nite,most horrible stay ever with my daughter,we went to watch the ipl n make it memorable but it was a nightmare.no hot water no proper response from staff

Rooms are so so. But service and staff behaviour is good. Place is good. Though they informed me they are providing good rooms as near by room renovation works going on & it may hamper the sleep

I am staying about 7- 8 times in fern residency. breakfast was good. food quality was nice. many options for breakfast. but this time room size was very small and congested. room was clean and properly maintained. bathroom was nice and clean. but they had not given body wash gel for first 2 -3 days. overall experience is nice. in dine service was nice. reception persons were very coperative and helpful. overall experience was very nice and peaceful and pleasant. happy with service. 👌👍 keep it👍

we did not get a double bed in 1 room although we requested for it and had to take a lower category room while paying for a higher category. The rooms were quite dated as well.

coupleThe location of hotel was excellent. Food was good as well as the staff behaviour. Although the rooms were well kept, i have had better stays at the fern club rooms in other properties. Overall a good experience at fern properties, as always.
