This stay has been one of my best stays in ahmedabad so far in such a reasonable price , From the check in to getting to my room the process was very smooth & professional. The vibe of the place is very historical, Retro & botanical. It gives a very pleasant feeling. The rooms are in good condition & the cleanliness is very good. They have almost all necessary amenities . They also have swimming pool in a good condition. I was worried that it might not be clean , however they have kept it really well . However they need upgrade few parts with their room interior as it is wearing off & the door lock is very old system . Adding extra safely will help female’s like me to feel more secure while staying . Talking about the food they have 2 restaurants & both have very good food 👌🏻👌🏻. & the highlight for my stay where 2 things 1 they have an Old uncle on the entry gate who is very warm & very helpful & the the trees that they have in the garden area has such a sweet and pleasant fragrance 🥰 . Do note that the property details suggest that they have gym however its not a gym only a fitness space with treadmill & station cycle . Over all a very good stay experience. budget friendly & good stay

Terrible ! If there was 0 star rating then I'd have given that We stayed in Room 104. The flush was leaking water the entire time. The kettle wasn't turning on. While booking there is no half day rate but while leaving there is half day rate if you check out after 45 min. Their checkout is at 11am. We didn't use their wifi because we didn't have time. We arrived at 5am and then we were out from 7.45 to 12am. If your schedule is this packed then . The lady at reception is terrible. You do not even feel like talking to her. Also the rickshaw drivers don't know about this hotel. I had to tell them the directions. Since they didn't know the location they were quoting anyrates. If you experience the same then tell them it is 100 mtrs from Paldi Bus Stop. If the person sitting in the parking touches your bag despite telling him not to then you are expected to give a tip. Nearly 14 kms from airport. But it took us 1.45 hrs to reach airport because all the nearby roads had flooded with only few hours of morning rain. It hadn't rained the entire week. Over-all, I wouldn't stay here again

Our experience at the Mani Mansion was good but lot of improvement needed. Being the Executive rooms, set up can be improved. No comfortable feel and height of the bed, no proper side table arranged for room serviced food. Single big chair for double occupancy does not fit to the overall room space or room. Food was nice though expensive. Overall a differently memorable experience. Thank you!🙏

We stayed for 06 days, asked for late check out by just an Hour still was asked to leave. while Checking out we said we will have lunch and then pay the bills the receptionist asked to pay the bills first otherwise half day rate will be charged. Rooms were ok but there was leakage below the wash basin in the bathroom. The jet spray at the hotel washroom will give you a major injury. Bathrooms were Stinking. Rooms were clean. The hotel is not as shown as in the pictures. Swimming pool is not maintained as well. The Breakfast & Food restaurant is Good. F& b staff was pleasant. The Property is not maintained as shown in the pictures.

The property was good and scenic but we were not able to access the swimming pool until the second day of the stay. the pool apparently was not cleaned for atleast 7 to 8 days because the motor broke down and when we talked with the manager about this, no solution was offered or action was taken until we asked that a certain amount be refunded to us for this inconvenience as this was not mentioned on the website of the hotel.The food was good but not much variety was available and we had to go out looking for other places to have our dinner on the first day of the stay. Other than tis the room service and the room service staff of the hotel were very prompt and polite.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The service was very good. Further the location proved to be the major plus point as it was located in the heart of the city, it was accessible for us to go to other places.

I liked to stay here, it was a surprised deal, i stayed many times this locality but first time I found this heritage property which is well maintained and went to my childhood days entering the room, observed the palang (bed) and almirah, please see photos

soloI'm not sure how this is a part of ITC Hotels WelcomHeritage. In need of maintenance, which was ongoing during the stay. The place was full of dust & difficult to walk in & out of the room due to the work. Staff & breakfast were decent, nothing to write home about.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is polite and professional. The menu is slightly limited, but the food is tasty.
