Terrible ! If there was 0 star rating then I'd have given that We stayed in Room 104. The flush was leaking water the entire time. The kettle wasn't turning on. While booking there is no half day rate but while leaving there is half day rate if you check out after 45 min. Their checkout is at 11am. We didn't use their wifi because we didn't have time. We arrived at 5am and then we were out from 7.45 to 12am. If your schedule is this packed then . The lady at reception is terrible. You do not even feel like talking to her. Also the rickshaw drivers don't know about this hotel. I had to tell them the directions. Since they didn't know the location they were quoting anyrates. If you experience the same then tell them it is 100 mtrs from Paldi Bus Stop. If the person sitting in the parking touches your bag despite telling him not to then you are expected to give a tip. Nearly 14 kms from airport. But it took us 1.45 hrs to reach airport because all the nearby roads had flooded with only few hours of morning rain. It hadn't rained the entire week. Over-all, I wouldn't stay here again

Good Stay
Our experience at the Mani Mansion was good but lot of improvement needed. Being the Executive rooms, set up can be improved. No comfortable feel and height of the bed, no proper side table arranged for room serviced food. Single big chair for double occupancy does not fit to the overall room space or room. Food was nice though expensive. Overall a differently memorable experience. Thank you!🙏

Bad Experience
We stayed for 06 days, asked for late check out by just an Hour still was asked to leave. while Checking out we said we will have lunch and then pay the bills the receptionist asked to pay the bills first otherwise half day rate will be charged. Rooms were ok but there was leakage below the wash basin in the bathroom. The jet spray at the hotel washroom will give you a major injury. Bathrooms were Stinking. Rooms were clean. The hotel is not as shown as in the pictures. Swimming pool is not maintained as well. The Breakfast & Food restaurant is Good. F& b staff was pleasant. The Property is not maintained as shown in the pictures.

The property was good and scenic but we were not able to access the swimming pool until the second day of the stay. the pool apparently was not cleaned for atleast 7 to 8 days because the motor broke down and when we talked with the manager about this, no solution was offered or action was taken until we asked that a certain amount be refunded to us for this inconvenience as this was not mentioned on the website of the hotel.The food was good but not much variety was available and we had to go out looking for other places to have our dinner on the first day of the stay. Other than tis the room service and the room service staff of the hotel were very prompt and polite.

Stay at mani mansion
We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The service was very good. Further the location proved to be the major plus point as it was located in the heart of the city, it was accessible for us to go to other places.

I liked to stay here, it was a surprised deal, i stayed many times this locality but first time I found this heritage property which is well maintained and went to my childhood days entering the room, observed the palang (bed) and almirah, please see photos

familyWhile searching for a good hotel in ahmedabad on make my trip, found this hotel listed. The name says it’s an itc managed welcome group hotel, but did not find any thing of good standard. Parking our car was hell lot of problem and there was no security to assist us park the car properly. Only good thing is that the rooms are big. We checked in around 10pm any they closed the kitchen for dinner at 10:15 only inspite of their time of 10:45. We were very tired after a long journey, did not want to go out and hence had to skip dinner. The staff did not even have the minimum courtesy to offer an alternative. We took a 3 bed room, but the 3rd bed was in a corner and there was no fan or ac. When we requested for a table fan for that area, the staff in the front desk did not show any care or concern and simply said that he can’t do anything. The name says it’s a heritage property, but the washroom etc are of very low standard. The doors make a lot of noise and even don’t close properly. The breakfast is also very average. Also since our flight got delayed, we requested for 2 hours extention of the room. The checkout time is 11am, we requested to allow till 1pm, but again they did accept our request though i understand that they had vacancies as the property was not fully sold out. So that’s our sad experience with this hotel
