HOTEL BASERA

in this trip i enjoyed alot as a solo traveler and the hotel are superb and it's brilliant

This hotel is very good for family and staff is very good it is very nearby railway station

Rooms are smaller than my brain.. And bathrooms are terrible. Cockroaches everywhere.

Hotel staff behavior is very bad they don't know how to behave to guest very band experience. I suggested no one go in this hotel

the stay was comfortable and staff were polite,located very close to station and other prominent shopping and places of interest

The hotel is not much you can expect from it. the toilet was stinking of cigarette smell and also it was dirty we called up reception and got it cleaned however we had a temporary stay for 4 hours and checked out. If you are looking for a low budget go for it we didn't have breakfast over there so don't know abt the food.

We didn't stay there because of the bad arrangements and the location is not family friendly. Please return my money.

Room walls are not maintained. Though location of hotel is not far from junction station. Rest is ok.

Ac not working, in samw room only 1 ac for 15 beds, unhygienic, io nce ac started again puff in 30 min

Overall satisfied for stay in dormitory, mattress cushion perfect l, blanket & pillow all good, washroom is in good condition, hygienic. Yeah overall good to stay

No wifi paid or free, very rude staff, toilets clean but logged water out side it. Overall a bad experience.

I went on a business trip since the hotel is situated in the commercial hub i could get good food connections to railway and road

Worst hotel i had ever seen, hotel seems to be shady. I entered hotel and firstly looked at their room, their was dampness in their walls, bathroom was so small, room was so dirty and their was a weird smell from the room. When i talked to receptionist about all these things, he was very rude.

Dormitory is good option for male. Nice place to stay. Very near to railway station. Staff is polite and helpful

Not at all recommended. A very dirty and unhygienic place. Dirty bedsheet, toilet, cockroach. Cozy area. But one thing i must say staff staying in night shift is damn good and well supportive.

Stay was quite fine, staff and property is up to the mark and room are pretty little bit small but prefect for solo travelling or business stay

we stay in hotel Basera for one day to see England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and New Zealand🇳🇿 world Cup opening match. Good hotel, good area and good people.

If you are a solo traveling then you mast book this hotel my experience was really good bed was comfortable.

The hotel location is very good, opposite to zakaria masjid but at least 10 mins walking from station. Beds were clean and bathroom also neat. Each berth had light and fan and charging points. The beds were private with curtains. Though the ac is turned on after 10 only, the rooms remain cool during the day also.

I booked the hotel for 13/06/2023. After making entry in register a room at ground floor had been allotted to me saying that there was no other room was available for check in. The room was very untidy with a very small and untidy bathroom. As i had to stay with my family so i decided to leave the hotel. When i told about my leaving at counter then he instructed the hotel boy to show me another room at third floor, which was also small and stairs to third floor was very narrow. Finally i have checked out within 10 minutes of entry. Since my booking was non refundable so i feel cheated. Therefore i advice everyone not to book this hotel especially when you have to stay with your family members.
