I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful right from check-in. Service was slow and careless, and the housekeeping was not poorly maintained with no proper cleaning. The rooms ,toilet and common areas did not feel hygienic, and the reception staff, instead of being welcoming, behaved rudely and made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service, cleanliness, or hospitality.

Very bad experience. The staff are too rude and not friendly. Especially the person at the front office he was always scolding us as we were staying there with out paying any money. We stayed there only because that we paid the money just before oneday. . Bathroom facilities and cleanliness are pathetic and there is no western style toilet available in our ac room. Ac is not working properly. Bath room has windows which opened from inside the hotel. Not at all good. Not value for money. I give no star for this hotel. We couldn't give even a single star. Dont opt this hotel for stay.

The hotel was not upto the mark. In the bathroom toilet flush was not working, the room was very compact and not as per shown in the pictures in makemytrip. Please change the photos so that no one will decide to book hotel based on that. Thanks, vaibhav
