Extremely bad experience

The lift for hotel is only at first floor. The stairs are broken. Totally unprofessional service. maintenance is very poor. no running hot water the bucket for hot water is too dirty. water dripping from washbasin drain pipe. dirty towels and lenins. not even a single glass is available for drinking water. On my request the room was changed next day but not better.
