440-a serene stay

Pleasant, Calm ambience, room is clean and spacious, Washroom properly maintained, spacious and well scented . I like the interior also. Everything is properly placed and properly working, Food is awesome and very tasty.

It was a great experience with 440 hotel I love the ambience and staff was also good I had stayed there for one week and the service and food are very good 😊

property location , Food , amenities and services are good. please ask them to include south indian food items also , if added it will get more guest will occupy this hotel

Location is excellent. Staff and frontdesk staff was polite. Rooms are clean and well maintained. My room was small, but the rooms facing the street are bigger. Good value for money

The rooms are nice and clean although only good for 2 people. Our booking was clearly for three people but they didn’t have a provision of Bed for 3rd person. It was a bit of commotion and struggle as with senior citizens it was difficult to have a floor bed. They did accommodate my request for the third bed but not without a heartburn. Rest it was not a bad experience.

Stayed at 440 Serene Stay recently. The room had a bit of an unpleasant smell at first, though it was manageable and didn’t affect the overall comfort too much. The food was really good and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around. One area of improvement would be arranging for a parking valet, which would make the experience much more worry-free. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a couple of points to refine.

we book a double occupancy room , but they give single occupancy room to us . when we request then denied only this room availble .

The hotel is located on the main road and is very well maintained.The room size is good enough,very well maintained equipment all facilities.The tariff is also very reasonable if compared to nearby hotels which lack in the quality.The breakfast served was also very good and tasty.Overall a very pleasant stay and in future will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend others as well

it's good, clean and hygiene.. staff is well behaved and all room services are good ... only the thing set your thing beforehand while booking ..talk for early check in too

It is perfect for 1/2 night stay. They even arranged early breakfast for us. Staff is good. Since it is closer to the main road, auto and cabs are readily available.

It was an awesome ..... comfortable experience.... staff was very supportive. Their breakfast buffet was truly fantastic.

Room service is too poor. I have ordered some Food for me they confirm the order to deliver within 30 min and after 40min when i called restaurant to deliver the order they told that there have to prepared order and if i need then i have to wait for another 30min. Literally pathetic experience
