Super Townhouse Prahladnagar

This hotel was an absolute . The room was dirty, with dust everywhere and what looked like years of under the bed. The air conditioning barely worked, and the general state of the room made it feel like a run-down rather than a hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making the experience even more unpleasant.

Room was not cleaned properly.Fan was full of dust.Wall was broken.Gyser was not working.Bedsheets were so dirty.Bed was dirty.

Kids are still talking about our stay weeks later. Staff went out of their way to make our children feel special.

Our finicky children were satisfied with available options. Hotel understands what families need during their stay.

Brought clients to a private area for lengthy contract discussions. Hotel provided appropriate space for confidential business negotiations.

the hotels is under renovation the room which i had not good at all. other rooms were sold out unfortunately.

We had a pathetic experience at Super townhouse

Nothing is good in that property on first day they denied told me there is no availability after few minutes they agreed after 1 day they request me to change the room after that in new room door is fully broken no control on lights even bathroom tap is broken

Very unhygienic and poor wall quality, bad service. I suggest you not to visit this .

Not a good hotel to stay . Wash room was old having no mirror. Shower not working properly . Condition of room is pathetic . Full of cockroches . AC remote was not working properly

Stayed for one night but the facility was not upto the mark. Room was not in a good condition, plaster was coming out, cockroaches were roaming in bathroom area, water bottles were not provided by default, no toiletries were there, no proper board for name of the hotel was displayed.

So bad stay so bad service took extra money for early entry and the service was also bad never book

I booked the hotel on the basis of photos uploaded but when i went there, they show a room and told this is our best room. Room was not cleaned and it was tarrible. Surroundings of the hotel was not good, maybe i am alone and as a girls i did not like the hotel. My experience was terrible and i paid the whole amount.

The staff was supportive but the rooms and bed sheets are so dirty and unhygienic. It was smelling very bad and not so clean i will never visit again there
