The hotel is located 1 km away from the main road, which is inconvenient. I had booked a single AC room, but they initially tried to shift me to a non-AC one. After being moved twice, I finally got an AC room—after an hour—but it had a bad smell. Only after 5 hours and multiple complaints did I get a decent room. However, the TV didn’t work, there was no heater, and the cleanliness was poor. Overall, average service and a disappointing .
