Propery location is good and its near by cyberhub so you can walk and reach out hotel. Food quality is very good and it’s reasonable cost for that. room cleaning and room service is very good and staff is also cooperative.

Overall a good hotel with good staff and fast service. Food is also tasty here, they always make fresh food

The hotel is conveniently located. However no kettle or tea /coffee sachets are provided. Also no toilet amenities. Had to call reception for shampoo.

Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel MA32, which was booked through your platform. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and well below the standards expected, severely affecting my trip. During my stay at Hotel MA32, I encountered the following serious issues: • Room door not locking, causing major security concerns throughout the duration of my stay. • Presence of a cockroach in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor hygiene standards. • No water in the washroom, making it impossible to maintain basic personal hygiene. • Very disgusting service, as none of the above concerns were addressed by the hotel staff despite repeated complaints. • No hotel hospitality provided, with no attempt by staff to make guests comfortable or resolve issues. • Rude behavior by staff, making the environment hostile and unpleasant. I raised these concerns with the hotel management during my stay, but unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. This lack of basic amenities and poor service not only caused significant discomfort but also ruined my overall travel experience. In light of the above, I request that MakeMyTrip urgently investigates this matter and arranges for a suitable resolution, including a refund or compensation for the distress caused. Please escalate this complaint to the concerned department, and respond within 14 days with the actions you intend to take. I have retained all booking details, receipts, and photographs as evidence, and am prepared to pursue the matter through regulatory and consumer complaint channels if a satisfactory response is not received. Pathetic and experience! The staff is rude and unhelpful, and the front desk manager is full of arrogance with zero sense of customer service. The place is filthy – dirty bedsheets, unhygienic washroom in terrible condition, and to top it all, mosquitoes and bed bugs in the bed. Absolutely unacceptable and a nightmare stay. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!

i loved the place. it was very clean and classy. well furnished. Cozy bed with luxury experience. Free wifi and clean balcony Clean bathrooms. Loved the experience. I'll definitely recommend this place and this place is easy to find. it's near to maulsari avenue metro station. In few steps you'll find your hotel

I don’t know how it got good rating Things are broken in room, door lock was shaking, very very small bathroom, Cigarette smell, no dental kit, no shampoo, no slippers. So as a hotel it’s not worth but yes as an INN (Dharamshala ) it’s ok.

It's a decent property to stay in it with a good view of cyber hub area from balcony rooms, BT needs to work more on the service part as the towels provided is not upto the mark & little bit fragrance in the room will enhance the class

The location of this hotel is great, rooms are also decently spacious, balcony view is also good, hosted a birthday party here.

Though the property’s location is good, it a very low level property like an average PG with old shitty fixtures. Quality is not as per hotel, it should be listed under PG. Not worth more than 1000 per night

The room was near and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. A great place to stay if you are looking for a short stay. Very near to the metro station and have parking space available.

initially everything was good, we checked out successfully but after checking out they called us saying that TV was broken even though we did not use tv even for a second. I put my point that we did not use the TV and they can check whether tv has been used or not. They just had some discuss with each other while i was on call with them and just cut the call. I dont know why they did that.

Great stay for a staycation. Rapid metro is also near. The rooms are a bit small but manageable. No kettles or toiletries are present. But overall a decent stay for everyone.

through mmt we got the property and it was a good choice.....staffs behaviour was good....TV was broken though....
