Cleanliness was horrible and so was the toilet

The toilet was leaking and smelly and it was not clean at all. The staff were good but that does not help in any way as the hotel was not up to mark by any standards. Sorry, MMT need to raise up its bar of standards. Pathetic hotel!

The worst place

familyWe were there for a wedding and opted for SilverKey. But the experience was terrible. The room was stinking. There is no cleanliness concept there at all. No maintenance. Ambience was also very bad. We have seen bedbugs and cockroaches in the room. The bed was making noise. Wifi was not working. Water blockage in the washroom.

Rooms and washrooms are well maintained and clean. Low budget but quality hospitality. Food was very good but very few options were given. No non-veg are served. Location is very close to Mandawali west Vinod Nagar just 3 min walking distance.

Not a good stay

It was a decent stay at the facility. Stayed there for 5 nights. Rooms are well maintained, decent location, proper reception support, and good room service. Very close to West Vinod Nagar metro station. Breakfast needs to improve. It was next to nothing. Overall I would stay there again provided the tariff remains same and breakfast service improves.
