worst experience, rooms are the worst, never go to this hotel. The name of the hotel is wrong. They will give you an excuse about maintenance, but this hotel is the worst. never book in this hotel.

horrible experience and service. under construction site, room were mould and damp patches, No adequate lights, no TV, No chair, dirty bedding, no hand wash or toileteris, No remote with , we were to turn the AC on by a stick. No ownership by the staff. We had a toddler and were scared at the place. They didn't give us any breakfast too, need that money refunded. I highly recommend you not to book rhis place,

Worst experience with this booking. The hotel was under renovation, room had dirty bedsheets, flies, and paint stains on furniture. Toiletries were given only after repeated requests. For 2 guests, only 1 dirty towel was provided. Checkout time was 12 PM but we were forced to leave at 11 AM, disturbing our sleep. Overall, extremely disappointing stay.

It was terrible worst stay ever with zero assistance from management staffs . Room has no lock and rating was done by staff himself without my consent. I don’t recommend to use this property anymore to anyone

Worst property. I had one of the worst hotel experiences here, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality were completely ignored. The room smelled musty, the bedsheets looked used and unwashed, and the bathroom had stains that made it feel unhygienic. The air conditioning barely worked, and despite repeated complaints, no one bothered to fix it. To add to the misery, the staff was indifferent and unresponsive, treating genuine concerns as an inconvenience. When you book a hotel, the least you expect is a clean, comfortable, and safe space — unfortunately, this place failed on all fronts. Rating: 1/5
