In Photographs the room is completely different but in actual it is very poor. Seepage on walls, curtains are hanged wit Tape, Cockroaches are there in room, On MMT restaurant is mentioned but kitchen was closed and no Dinner available

i stayed here for 2 nights only because it was close to my office, but the experience was disappointing. The room was spacious but dirty, pillows had no covers, and I even spotted a cockroach on the bed at night. The washroom was poorly maintained - broken toilet seat, shower tap came off, and I was given shampoo instead of body wash. Towels were damp with a strange odor (thankfully I carried my own). Even basic amenities like toothpaste required an argument despite me agreeing to pay. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay - I would not recommend this hotel.

room is very pathetic. family cannot stay. it's very old. smelling bad. 1. no water in washroom 2. shower and taps are broken, they don't work 3. charging points are worst. they can't hold a charger. 4. balcony door broken no basic amenities are good. The room was not clean, and lacked privacy. Our room was on ground floor and one entire wall was just glass window convered with curtains. That is still adjustable but other guests and cleaning staff and other people were allowed in the area from where our room was directly visible if the curtain moved even a inch. The room had cobwebs and towels had black stains. It was not hygienic at all. Since we didn’t have any time to complain die to poor and time taking on site feedback system and search for a new hotel we adjusted but it was not worth the money at all.
