A/c was not working. The staff was very rude and uneducated. A/c, Fridge appliances were not working properly also smell in the room i complaint this but they neglect.

This is avg stay, room smells while entering, cockroaches near bed.. than they changed room, not a pleasure experience, bathroom water heater had issue,on tap if water heater switch is on. Not safe! Better to avoid going forward.

The hotel is located in a prime area, but the surroundings outside are very dirty. The lift had an unpleasant odor. Although the hotel was mostly empty, we were assigned the very last room on the top floor. Cockroaches were roaming around the room. The blanket and bedsheet were dirty and covered in lint. When we requested a room change, they refused. After insisting on changing the bedsheet and blanket, they finally did so—an hour later. The staff member who came to replace them seemed unfamiliar with the process, and we had to assist him. This isn’t really a hotel—it feels more like a single-room RHK converted into one.

The amenities like AC and Fan are not working in all the rooms. They should have made sure the appliances were working fine before the customer checked in. Also, the night staff was reluctant to help in moving the luggage. I had two big bags and 4 small ones. He left the luggage at the lift door. I had to drag my luggage from the lift to the room.

Worst Entry to Hotel.

I had a terrible experience when we checked-in to the hotel. I had to see what I don't like. For your reference I'm attaching a pic for you. The housekeeping staff stole our money and dress when we handed keys over to them for cleaning. When asked for CCTV they said the owner only has access and they do not have access, the owner will never appear in the hotel. There is no smart TV, there is only Tatasky subscription but the remote will not be available. We do not get signals for mobile inside the room. If you want to have a clean room, I ask you to not prefer this hotel. I don't think that bedsheets and towels will be washed, they just replace one bedsheet into another room. I could smell a different odour of the sheets. I have my own towel with me

I had a very terrible experience in this hotel stay as there is 0% of support from the front desk and none of them are taking responsibility for any request and for anything we need to reach them at reception as they wont send any amenities to the room and those who are sitting in reception are very rude.

Room 301 has cockroaches....the washroom smells of cigerette smoke all day. Bedsheets and Pillow covers are torn. Their pink handwash is of pathetic quality and does not have any lather/foam. The plus is its vicinity to cyberhub, cleaning staff is polite, water is free, its economical and pocket friendly.
