it is average hotel not given towel or soap there is issue with cleaness. if you looking for best then i would say check in other hotel too.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Levante with my family and was incredibly disappointed with our experience. The staff was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service. The rooms were in a deplorable state. There was visible mold in several areas, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Even basic requests, such as providing clean towels or fixing a broken light fixture, were met with indifference and required multiple calls to the front desk. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often didn't work at all. When we reported the issue to the receptionist, they claimed they couldn't help because they weren't technicians. This is a basic service that guests expect, and it's unacceptable for a hotel to shirk their responsibility. The rooms and bathrooms were missing essential toiletries, such as toothpaste and shampoo. There were also used soap bars left behind in the shower, which is a clear indication of poor housekeeping. To add insult to injury, the water filter in the common area was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. This is a basic health hazard, and it's a sign of a hotel that doesn't care about its guests' well-being. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was clean and spacious. Just the bathroom door lock was broken, other than this everything was good. Overall i had a nice stay!

wifi was not working, location is good, room size is good, neat and clean premises Management should make sure that wifi works in all rooms as it's a necessity

Property's location is the only plus point. Hygiene was okayish. Linen ans room were not properly cleaned.

The location of hotel is very good, you will find all kind of shops there, varities of shops for food at cheaper price on a walking distance. The room of the hotel was average, in bathroom water drainage was bad, it was getting collected at one center place, almirah was dirty, but for limited time stay it was average.

Room from indie was okay. Way from reception to lift was not good, it is passing from restaurant and does not feel good, mosquito’s was there. Fan was not working inside the lift.

I always visit here, as it is infromy of phase 3 gurgaon metro And here the living quality is good, and everything you get at ease

Pros: food was good location was good room was getting cleaned regularly cons: room service was terrible, service guy was rude to me most of the time, not even listening to me, washroom was terrible when checkedin, no odonil, ill smell all around overall : very okayish experience

I wouldn't recommend it for couples stay. It is ok for singles stay and in that amount. Still there are few issues, tv and washroom issues faced but then they changed my room. Nothing cool with interior. Room service is pretty good and fast.

Overall is good whether it is the hygiene, safety and the room. The staff is humble. There is a lot of parking space available as well. Best for corporates one.
