Hotel Amazone Residency - Dlf Phase 3 Gurgaon

Hotel is decent. Some renovations are going on so the lobby area was not very clean and the room was a bit disorganised but the staff (Mahi) quickly did a thorough cleaning and made it cozy enough for a comfortable stay. There is a mini fridge in the room as well. The staff are courteous, humble and helpful. I asked for late checkout and the extended the stay for 2 hours with no extra charge. The lift was not operational but they did help us with carrying our luggage up and down.

The rooms were good and spacious and the staff was helpful, but there is no hotel signboard in front of building. Also TV was not functioning

This was an advanced payment booking. And I have also informed property that I will check in post 10pm. Still, neither ac nor the fan over bed was working. I was tired enough so slept without complaining. Worst part was that staff was already aware of it as they accepted next morning and offered to get it fixed if I can give them room key while I am out for the whole day. So I denied and have to sleep without ac/fan for 3 days. Why they have not got it fixed before check in? Food not tried. Rest it was okay.

Bed sheets and quilts were not clean otherwise the service was good enough..the sofa was broken locks were broken...the property needs renovation

Bedsheets, towels, bedrolls, were not clean. Service was late and not available before 8am. There was only one item available in the name of complimentary breakfast i. E, aloo ka parantha but that was good so the 2-star otherwise 1-star

Right location for stay.

Basic. Quite expensive. The room furniture was not well maintained and the basic toiletries were not there

While location is good, rest everything is below average. Food, room service, staff, hygiene all are pretty poor. Only one person to manage the entire property, broken tiles, no functional tv and ac. Overall, not worth of the money.

Worst hotel. Difficult to find the location. Poor service, no house keeping, rude behaviour, unclean rooms, no room service facility. Etc

Completely self service hotel. I had to get drinking water from the kitchen twice. Had to do my own bed. Could not order food or even tea. Heavily understaffed property. Existing people reluctant to accept any service requests.

I don’t like the stay even the hotel is not clean at all.

Worst property. Bed bugs, ac not working, stinking rooms, dirty toilets. It was so bad that me and my fiancé had to leave in the middle of the night. First time got to know the experience of bed bugs.. I don’t have any images.. I had to leave in the middle of the night. It was so bad.

I stated at this hotel as a foreign traveler so i kept an open mind about staying here and things are not going to be modernized like where i am from. The rooms are a bit old and furniture. Could use some upgrading and cleaning. There was some hair in the shower. I didn't complaint since i was not going to be staying long. They left used bar soap and empty hand soap. Needed to ask for towels and toilet paper which they provided. Since i was only there for short stay i was not trying to make a big stink out of it and being from another country. I would stay again for a short term stay but nothing very long. It's close to alot of things with a uber bike ride or rickshaw. The gentlemen in the front under stood and spoke some english. He understood me. They provided breakfast in the mornings.

Good property, proper hygiene and easy to find

Wi fi was down for the entire floor. Audacity to block calls when questioned. Poor water quality and irregular cleaning

Overall the location is good and room is also good
