Hotel Smart Inn

It was average stay got room in basement with tv not working and environment is not good too in the basement.overall not like to stay here.

It was a very bad experience, the room had a very dirty and very bad smell, i don't recommend this hotel to stay.

Bathroom not cleans. Bad smell form wall rooms are dusty and furniture is not cleaned. Pillow are dirty. They change on request. On the website they show very good rooms but actually rooms are different. Not worth for prices. .

When I reached the hotel, the receptionist told me that I can not chech-in due to local id although my friend's ID belong to dehradun. I tried calling the helpline number but could not due to busy line. This is the first time I have faced problem like this because of local ID. There was no prior intimation about this. I had to waste of lot of time in booking another hotel bacause of sudden issue. Kindly refund my money.

No breakfast tea would be ready at 7.45 am.

Smart inn service very good. Also location is near by metro station, nice to stay way to heaven, All room are very good. Rest of food service was good.. And staff is also well good for services...

I stayed for 3 nights, room wasn't cleaned. Staff was friendly and food service was good. Food was also good. Location is good. I think it's little over priced for the facilities they offer. If you want a short stay accessible this is a good option.

Have stayed in same vicinity in better properties before and with better service! No proper lighting in Room and Bathroom. The service and cleanliness are mainly negative point. Bed and quilt were not clean. The bathrooms are OK. Arrogant attitude of staff. Breakfast was average.

Hotel is very nice. Very easy to get there. Room is clean and linens are also clean. Furniture is old but in very good shape. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food is very delicious. Would like to stay there again.

It's apartment style facility and good for short stay but can not be good for business traveler for conducting meetings The staff was good and courteous as well as service was quick - however menu was limited and breakfast was not appreciable as options were limited! The rooms are maintained but it was old styled .. All in all good for short stay!

The biggest advantage, it's very near to DLF CyberHub, you can even walk to CyberHub if you have time. Friendly staff. They arranged for me to check-in early as I was staying for long time. In the center of Gurgaon. Malls nearby. If you need a low budget hotel, it's a very good option. But don't expect a grand building and lavishly furnished room. But everything neat and tidy. Also near to metro station.
