Overall, Flxho is a perfect place for a relaxing and hassle-free stay and staff is very good and food is very tasty

I stayed here for a night and the rooms were terrible!!! In and the tariff it looks like they are offering you some premium rooms, but in reality it was very ordinary and the fitting were all lose , with some pathetic finish. They didn’t provide me with the AC remote for half a day even after repeatedly requesting them. The service manager was always busy on some personal calls when we approached the counter for complaint. The worst part was their entrance lobby. It had gunny bags filled with vegetables lying in the corner making it looks so unhygienic

Very congested rooms. Food was not good and need to improve the quality of foods. No balconies and overall not good

The experience was very bad. We opted for breakfast but then no breakfast was available by the time we reached which was around 9. There were no plates coffee tea anything, all we got in the name of breakfast was bread butter. The room was way too small than was displayed in the pictures plus the window had another wall right opposite to it

We reached at 2 AM on 10 Sep 25. Booked 2 rooms in this property, room was on 2 floor. This property is not recommend for family stay. Room was provided on second floor, Whole floor was smelling with cigarette, in one room AC not working, in second room can’t able to lock the door.

Pl try and improve room service. rest all good. restaurant service also needs improvement.keep it up

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view. The hotel's amenities, especially the rooftop pool, were a highlight. It's the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and we can't wait to return.

I waited for straight 20 minute to get my checkin at the property and the reception guy kept me waiting. Second, there was no inhouse kitchen here. I asked for basic maggi, i was so hungry and they said not avalaible, i asked for pasta they said it will too much time.the luggage was also taken by me in the room!! Plus, the rooms were so damn small and not like the picture at all! The biggest scam was they kitreally took my puone and sent review message 5 to makemytrip!!!

My stay was very good, and I had a great experience overall. The staff was extremely cooperative and supportive throughout. I truly appreciate the hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Stay was very good. Rooms were spacious and clean with all the said amenities. The check in process was also very smooth. Staff was responsive towards all the requests made through call. Overall a good stay option and worth booking
