Hotel Soni Villa

Not a good stay. Room lighting was very poor and overall feel was dull. Kitchen was not working properly, so I had to order dinner from Zomato. Even the room phone wasn’t working — couldn’t call reception or room service. Staff behavior was unprofessional and service needs a lot of improvement. Not recommended until they fix basic issues.

I visited hotel sonia villa on 4th of december. It's a very decent property in the heart of gurgaon. The room was spacious clean with a balcony. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good and served in the room. The property is well maintained and all happening places like ambiance mall, cyber hub etc are 5 minutes away. I was given all basic necessities like shampoo, dental kit, soap and bathroom slippers too. It has power back up too. Will be glad to visit again.

Entered the premises, as i can't say it as property. Returned back once i saw the rooms. Was afraid to check in. The staff were filthy. I lost all my money as it was a non refundable booking. I had booked for two nights. I don't mind losing my money, because it was miserable to stay there even for one hour. Immediately i booked other hotel. Never ever book your stay there. Just horrible

No warm water for bath, all the bathroom and fittings are gone. Will never book hotel like this

I visited this hotel during a conference of mine in a DOT convention center. It was nearby to that place and found a staff from my hometown which made me really happy.

Guest house location is not good. It's like a paying guest house. Bathroom is smelling.

The hotel staff was very nice and cooperative. Something that's worth mentioning is I had to leave everyday by 7:30 am and in spite of the fact that their kitchen doesn't open before 7:30 they made garam garam parathas and tea for me and my husband before we left so that we don't leave empty stomach for work. I was amazed at their hospitality. The food was fresh and homely. It was a great experience. Thank you!
