Room cleaning issue and Manager arguments.

I had an excellent stay and service were truly commendable.

the locality, the staffs and the stay was superb

First, this isn’t a hotel; it’s a homestay. Furthermore, the breakfast I paid 800 rs for was inadequate. There was only one cook making homemade paratha, and that was it! The location is near the metro, so if you’re traveling solo and considering spending on a hotel, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are many other properties that offer much better accommodations for the same price.

As a solo traveller i find the place a very secure and homely. The facilities are great and the staff very cordial and professional. The location is ideal. Overall a wonderful stay.

Have positive and negative review with them. Worth for one day stay. If you stay longer, they won’t change the in room amenities. They are providing used soft slipper. Irritated with them. They don’t tell anything for ordering Buttermilk. Later while check out, they charged each buttermilk for ₹80. They close and lock the hotel at 10:30 PM. Even the gate No:3 near the hotel closes at 10:30 PM and will not open even for pedestrians. Not staying anymore in this hotel. They don’t inform anything but charge you during check out. We have to beg to the night duty watchman to open the gate, he will scold us and open the door. Positive is the location

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are clean and good. Staff is polite and cooperative. Owner is also a wonderful person. I would definitely recommend to my friends based on my experience.

Hotel ambience is very good. Hospitality was taken very well from reception. Only drawback is we don't have breakfast/dinner provision inside the hotel

I recently stayed at the indiyaah hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel is situated at a central location in the main road, which made it convenient for me to attend my business meetings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's been a banglow turned hotel, the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The only minor issue i encountered was the nearest gate of the residential area got closed at 10:30 pm so my driver had to enter the area from the other which was about an additional 4 km. Rest it was a pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.

The location is very convenient. Spacious, clean rooms with balcony and wooden floor. Good cordial staffs. Homely food eventhough menu is limited . Super tasty. Value for money. The entire experience will satisfy you without any doubt.

Very clean property, staff is so polite. Rooms are just so pretty

I requested for early check-in by calling the other night as i was going to land early morning, based on availability we will try to accommodate. The worst part was the day i reached at the hotel, they denied early check-in in the name of hotel rules and asked for an entire day fee, later when I complained in they agreed to a 50% discount. I had no option but to agree and that moment as i was tired but what’s interesting is they did have rooms available. All they wanted is to get something extra on the situation. I do not recommend this facility to stay. You have many options near by.

The property is in a very prominent location. It is nearby to sikandar pur metro station. Easy to locate the property. The staffs maintains hygiene properly. They cleans the room on regular basis. Food was also good. Easily available.

Location of the property was very good, easily accessible, the property was very clean, facilities were available, rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the food was very tasty and the quality was also very good, the caretaker was very helpful and well behaved, overall a very good stay and a must recommended property.
