The room was nice but the ACs aren’t working properly. I told the staff and they were nice enough to move us to another room, however the issue of a faulty AC still persisted. Even the AC on the reception had the same issue of being loud and not providing any cooling effects.

missing amenities

we started as a group of 4 in a deluxe room that we mistook as an apartment. place to sleep for 3, not 4. I stayed up there at night. only 1 towel for 4. fridge with missing refrigerator. Cloud TV with no channels. non functioning light, jammed balcony door. on the positive side, welcoming staff and yummy food.
