Perch Service Apartments - Sector 40

For my work I had to go to Unitech Cyber park which was very near to this Perch Service Apartments - Sector 40. On searching for a place near Unitech Cyber Park found this place on MakeMytrip. The room was spacious, clean, well lit. Air conditioning was also good, bathroom was clean. The staff both at the reception & the kitchen were very courteous & helpful. The food was excellent & quantity of the item they served was good. Will highly recommend this Perch Service Apartments - Sector 40.

Incredible stay Worth mentioning that was a complete package in terms of comfort and relaxation. The services and staff were so humble and cooperative. I experienced a wonderful time during my stay with family at the property. Food was delicious and we really loved the verity, the price was reasonable too. Recommend everyone to stay for every occasion.

It was an amazing experience staying in perch service apartment. The place is easy to locate, rooms are hygienic, cleaning staff is hands on with their duty. All the staff is very helpful. Bed is comfy and all the amenities work perfectly. I loved my stay at this apartment.

It was like living in a luxury home. Service was good. Huge rooms, balcony. Clean and big bathrooms and wardrobe. Must visit. Food was good and not expensive. They had good Italian dishes. Quiet ambience. And we'll equipped room. Everything in reach metro station, markets.

Good stay and neat place. Staff very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty and room service efficient. Location is good near metro station Huda City Center. Market nearby with all facilities. Rooms were spacious and neat and housekeeping was good.

The property is right on the main road and the location is amazing. The infrastructure of the property is great and mordern. The staff was well behaved and sanitised. Absolutely loved my stay there.

The accomodation is nicely ventilated and spacious, cleanliness is excellent. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Very good home made food if you want to order in. Overall very good!

Close to shopping mall and spa center experience just like home. Staff and food quality good all active area in Gurgaon close currently running metro station 1 kilometer and new metro line ready to opening very close.
