Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience at this property. The room was okay, but the washroom was smelly. Basic facilities/amenities were not taken care of, had to request multiple times to deliver complementary water in the room. The toiletries were also not provided during check-in. Had to raise a Complaint to MMT which sorted some of the issues.

Wow, the hotel room was huge and spotless! The bed was like a cloud, so comfy I almost didn't want to leave. The breakfast buffet was epic, with everything you could imagine. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. Definitely a trip for the books, I'll be back!

Unsafe to breathe in their rooms

Within 5 minutes of checkin i checked out of the hotel! around 9 in the night i decided to do so because the room was that bad with mold growing, unwashed bedsheets and air so difficult to breathe. It is critical that the hotel is checked for safety and hygiene to avoid critical health issues for their customers.

We went to hotel around 9pm. Room was not clean at all. Floor, bathroom, almirah everything was dirty. There were no toiletries in bathroom. I called the reception guy and informed that your rooms are not clean and even rooms dont have the amenities that you have mentioned . They simply said “sir we dont know what is there but hum esa kuch nhi dete h”. It totally feels waste of money with such irresponsible staff.
