The rest of the staff was good but their manager was super rude. She first used to agree to stuff and at the end time used to deny about things. It caused a lot of issues for us because we had a meeting once and discussed prior with the manager but she straight up created chaos infront of our colleague who came for meeting. It was so unprofessional on her part and we had to spend in extra 2k to book the room again because she was not agreeing even tho we had few hours remaining for the previous checkout.

Third class hospitality 2 person ke liye book kiya tha Lakin 1 hi water bottle diya complimentry AC was not working tv ke liye char baar bulaya lakin koi nahi aaya dinner or breakfast book kiya tha room ke sath Lakin uske liye bhi boka gaya sirf 4 roti hi milegi manager ko call kiya but he is not take any action also he was very rude behaviour and very aditudely taking to with us bhaiya ye hotel mat book karna pls ye banquet hall h proper hotel nahi h me family ke sath gaya

I booked a room with the bathtub. but when I checked in into my room there was no bathtub in the bathroom. that was soo pathetic that is so frustrating that make my trip did this but overall the staff is good they are very helpful but I didn't expect this is not the service i expected from make my trip. At the time of Booking they show something else and at the time of check in things are totally different.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The room was okay, but the washroom was smelly. Basic facilities/amenities were not taken care of, had to request multiple times to deliver complementary water in the room. The toiletries were also not provided during check-in. Had to raise a Complaint to MMT which sorted some of the issues.

Wow, the hotel room was huge and spotless! The bed was like a cloud, so comfy I almost didn't want to leave. The breakfast buffet was epic, with everything you could imagine. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. Definitely a trip for the books, I'll be back!
