It was not clean at all. The bed linen was so dirty. Bathroom was gross. Telephone was not working to contact the reception. No elevator I literally had to come downstairs from 2nd floor to collect the toilet roll. Towels were so dirty literally yellow not even white. Room had seepage. It looked so different in the pictures. I would never stay again. Only good thing was that house keeping guy who was there at the property.

The room was smelly and there was a foul odour across the entire room. The toilet flush was broken, there were flies and ants in the washroom. Very poorly maintained property.

It is a home stay, which is in residential area, without any name board or banner. The property was very stinky, dirty and disgusting, I have check out on the same time when we enter.

The stay was truly amazing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it extremely comfortable and hassle-free. From the cleanliness of the room to the quality of the amenities, each and every detail was taken care of with perfection. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it felt effortless and relaxing, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The property is in a very poor state of upkeep. Cracks and leakages are visible throughout, the air conditioning is inadequate for the room size, and the wooden flooring shows signs of fungus. Had the booking been fully refundable upon cancellation, I would have certainly chosen a different option.
