I had to booked another hotel for my stay as this hotel which is i booked on MMT is not a good condition to stay it was in very bad shape also hotel is under construction and it was stinking / door lock was not functional picture attached which was a serious safety issue / washroom glass was broken picture attached / bed sheet was very dirty picture attached / Floor tiles was very dirty picture attached / Lots of honey bees was inside the room / AC was not functional . This all problem and harassment i faces. And your website doesn’t show all this things when i booked pictures was showing different and when i check-in the hotel i was totally different which is not acceptable. And this is not acceptable from MMT whom I trust but this time its not acceptable so kindly process for full refund.
