Stay was horrible and very bad. We booked the stay for 3 adults for 3 nights. They provided us very slick extra bed which is meant for kids and room already had queen size bed. After lot of discussions Rahul ji mentioned that we can only provide this. We know how we managed three adults on a queen size bed. Additionally, tap was broken. We complaint to them on day 1 and they sent guard on day 3. Horrible. Every morning lot of labour comes and talk in loud voice starting 7:30am. We had to call reception and ask them to talk slow. No variety in breakfast. If you are booking this hotel for your stay, think twice before booking. As they don’t care about their guests.

Inception Residence is a well maintained Property in Gurgaon with various latest amenities. Manager Mr. Rahul is always ready to help you with a good gesture.

Good place spoiled by terrible staff, they are nothing but local gundas, & for some reason they like to steal & lock the ac remote every time, even after saying 1000 times, they are ready to fight saying it’s winter & no one uses it & unfortunately they don’t understand that i have payed for ac room & it’s my wish to use it or not. Special shoutout to night time staff, he is super wired.

Amazing stay. Very clean room. The only issue was kitchen not functional all the time but that can be managed with food apps.

It was an amazing hotel with very clean and neat room. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Newly built hotel with modern infrastructure. The only drawback is kitchen is functional for limited period but can be managed if you use food app. Overall must stay.

It’s a 10/10 property with very cooperative staff. Location is also good. The manager and staff will make you feel at home. Even the basic variant of the room also has all required amenities. Must visit!
