It was the worst day of our life. The room was very dirty. The bedlinens were dirty. They were cockroaches in our room. TV was not working. They were no system. It was the worst. It is the worst property. You should never stay in a property like this, it's the worst.

property services were pathetic, especially the lady who was sitting at reception during the day shift was so rude while having conversations. For a single thing we have to call 5-6 times. All over a pathetic experience

3 night stay at Saltstayz huda city centre.

I will write a honest review about the stay and hotel. I booked the hotel for 3nights. I’ve also booked this hotel twice in the past in 2022. At that time staff was excellent specially the reception staff. Now the staff is changed and the cooperation of the staff and hospitality was average. There is a woman at the reception that is very cooperative and helpful. Talking about other males they were average in terms of being cooperative. I had to sit for 40-50 mins to get my early check in (which was complementary in my booking). He also asked me to pay for early check in but later on i was able to check in at 11:40AM (without any extra charges). Talking about the food quality, it is very good and hygienic. Talking about the hygiene of the room, i was dissatisfied. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean. Walls are untidy. Also the bathroom was not clean. Dustbins were very dirty in the room as well as in the bathroom. I think it’s all because the change of the staff and managing team. The property needs to work on cleanliness. Rest everything was good. Accessibility is great. Galleria market is nearby and huda city centre metro station is at 10min walking distance. Location of the property is best. Privacy for couples is also good and satisfactory. Prices of the restaurant are very fair. Cleaning staff and other staff is cooperative. Also there are some rooms that are excellent which I’ve got during my previous stays. Maybe this time i got an average room. Overall experience was good. Being a 3 star hotel there is scope for improvement. If one gets this hotel at a fair price then it can get a rating of 6-8 out of 10.

Smelly room smelly bed and pillowcovers. After checking in had to call the staff to do change the pillow covers put room freshner no towels given. The quality of the place is going down. Saltstay used to be wonderful earlier.

Dear Team, I regret to inform you that my recent booking with this property is very uncooperative, disappointed, Cleaning issues, Lac of toiletries Electricity appliances and shocket issues . Rest I have to wear the mask due to avoid infection of multiple hospital visits and have some health issues,the shift boy rudely ask me to show your face before check-in whereas I'm an educated person and working with a reputed travel company as a HOD, Even seven Star properties where I stayed never ever asked regarding the same. So disappointed with this uncooperative and disgusting behaviour. Thanks

I had booked the hotel for my staff who is looking after my mother at fortis Gurgaon. The moment they knew that we were stuck with a hospital the lady at the counter started hacking up the prices for everything, extremely uncooperative and rude. Make my trip should take them off their listing

- Politeness and courtesy were lacking in the receptionist and other hotel staff. - Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. - Bedsheet and pillow covers were not washed and the whole room smelled of human sweat. - I was given an electric kettle only after I told the receptionist and another staff thrice. - There was no toilet roll in the bathroom. The bathroom floor drain was clogged with accumulated human hair. - Overall a poor experience. Bye bye Saltstayz Select !
