Poor Stay
- Politeness and courtesy were lacking in the receptionist and other hotel staff. - Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. - Bedsheet and pillow covers were not washed and the whole room smelled of human sweat. - I was given an electric kettle only after I told the receptionist and another staff thrice. - There was no toilet roll in the bathroom. The bathroom floor drain was clogged with accumulated human hair. - Overall a poor experience. Bye bye Saltstayz Select !

i booked an balcony room there , but the balcony is totally covered by the other building and construction is going on . so no use of paying for this so called balcony

Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene
The room and washroom were not clean upon arrival. The toilet seat had visible urine stains, and there were cockroaches present in the room and washroom. I immediately informed the reception and requested pest control spray. Despite calling twice more within 10 minutes, nobody came. Ultimately, I had to go down myself and bring someone up to address the issue. Very disappointing experience in terms of hygiene and service.

Good Stay
My Stay at this property was good.The location was easily accessible and room was clean. However there was some foul smell in the bathroom and even after complaining at reception,nobody came to check on it.

Property's location is great but the room was not that great, AC's water was leaking and I mentioned it more than twice to the staff manager at the reception and he said he'll get it fixed but that didn't happen, everyday I could see the floor wet with water. My shoelaces, socks, one of the shirt which was placed under the AC on a chair, all got wet

They Need To Hire Well Mannered And Educated Staff
Overall, my stay at the property was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, and most of the staff members were courteous and helpful. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of the female staff member at the reception. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, and she clearly lacks basic manners and training in guest interaction. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially at the front desk where the first impression is made. If the hotel management truly values guest satisfaction and wants to ensure future growth, I strongly recommend taking strict action against her or reconsidering her position. One person’s behavior should not be allowed to spoil the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel.
