Great location. Cleanliness can be better but overall for the price and location- it is very good

We encountered several issues during our stay, including unhygienic washrooms and small, mediocre rooms. The location was particularly problematic, situated near a Blinkit dark store where frequent disturbances and fights among delivery boys made the area feel unsafe, especially for women.

Lot of termites in the room no room service no cleaning no towels were there bedsheets and pillow covera should be more clean

No phone extention in room room was not clean water bottle not provided when check-in first time i went down for order then they provide me mobile no for order tea was good that is only thing i appreciate otherwise worst

Amazing property all good

Slowly the property is getting bad. I see termites infestation and you can hear rats/something walking through pipes. They need to up their hygiene and cleanliness game

Hotel is great but the service is too slow & sometimes they just completely ignore. I had to call several times for room service. They didn’t provide cutlery even after calling multiple times.

I booked the room for 3 adults and my booking was confirmed and after reaching at venue the hotel staff denied to allow 3 adults in same room we called up the helpline no and for 1hour we were waiting at reception at 10:30 pm. We were told by the helpline no that our money will be returned as hotel will not allow 3 adults. No hotel room was provided also no refund received as of now. This is totally unprofessional behaviour even after paying money and already confirmed booking we were wandering on roads as makemytrip and hotel had some policy issue or inter l problems due to which i customer suffered. Pathetic services

The stay was made better with constant assistance from the staff. The overall service and experience was nice. The room was very well-furnished and clean. Also an overall nice experience

This was a full-fledged place with all the rooms being so spacious and cool. With this, the stay was very good

Lovely place, lovely people. The setting is ideal for everyone. The comfortable room, other amenities, and staff were all exceptional. The fact that i went with friends made the stay even more enjoyable.
