Hi Team, it was terrible stay in Orsom stay on 12th September. Poor maintenance, water leakage in shower, electricity issue turning off every 1 hrs, door lock issue we had to wait 20 mins outside next day morning to open main door. Can't recommend this hotel for stay

It was a really fantastic place to spend time, I had so much fun in the Mumbai theme room which was spacious and clean and all the amenities were available in the room, the food was good, but could be better so yeah, I'm glad I stayed in that room since the jacuzzi was spacious and spotless.

Bed was Feeling wet , blanket and bed sheets was dirty feel like not replaced since years and Humidity in room … bath tub was Totally dirty and dirty things were contaminated in the bottom of bathtub eww 🤮 and there are many hairs of different people eww feeling 🤮🤮.. water was continuously leaking from jacuzzi.. lights were not working in washroom.. shower 🚿 Botton was also not working properly

The location was too off and secondry one of their staff member told me that all the bath amenities are free and snacks are chargeable but at the time of checkout they charged me for the bath amenities as well that to 350 rs per product the place is highly over priced I have spended almost for a stay and it won't worth it in totally disappointed with my stay.

The room's floor were sticky and the bathroom smells and were dirty, all rusty, there is no complementary items, and the stuffs they put are all pricy, the AC doesn't work properly, light went off twice for a night and we had to rely on the fan, the projector's remote doesn't even work, the door knob is old and cannot be closed properly as there is still a little bit of gab in it and the room that I got was very congested, it looks so big in pics but it's a very small room
