The property didn’t even have the lift working for a 4 floor building and I had a 65 year old couple with me. Then, the ac in the room was not working and they kept sending people to repair but nothing changed. Extremely disappointed the property administrators. You ruined the stay for my family.

I found this property thrw airbnb this made my day and it was out of my expectations..I loved the ambiance around and neat and clean ...Each required things are available...also staff is very cooperative very much safe and if I talk about the privacy it is remarkable...

Maison apartment one tree is an amazing service apartment. Hospitality is really good. I stayed in 2 bhk apartment which is so well built and aesthetically very appealing. Its very airy and full of light. Furniture & kitchen are well made. Ankit service this floor and he is very helpful.

The property is centrally located in Gurgaon, and is big enough for a big family to enjoy their time there. However when we first checked in, it seemed like the cleaning was done in a rush, the linen was stained and dirty, kitchen floor was dirty, a bathroom was left uncleaned. Although when we asked them to clean it, they did a good job. They lost one of our hoodies when they took it for laundry. However all the staff at the property were very helpful when it came to helping with luggage, or promptly cleaning the rooms etc. Overall would recommend it to a big group looking for one big apartment for the duration of their visit.

Clean and hygienic property Recommend

There were basic things missing - no sweeping done, hand towels missing, hand wash missing, floor matt missing. It took 2 hours to setup the basics. I highly recommend the management to keep more mature property managers or in long run this beautiful apartment will be a ghost town. Some paint chips were there, could be easily hidden. Hope people take care of it.

There was constant light cut and issue with ac in drawing room, cutlery in kitchen was not up to the mark as per 3 bedroom apartment

Property was good and spacious. Utensils water wifi everything was good. Just the floor was not cleaned properly.

Beautifully done up 3 bedroom flat. Host has definitely spent a lot of money in tastefully designing the interiors & making it cozy with tropical wallpapers, warm lighting, comfortable furniture & adding cushions/throw etc. I would have rated it 5 if the cleaning was decent. Cleaning staff is doing a shoddy job unfortunately with water marks at all the surfaces, grime & muck in every corner. I am sure people use it for parties & leave if dirty however i did have to spend almost an hour after reaching to get it cleaned well. I will however appreciate the staff that they did do the cleaning after showing the required. Location is very very convenient & pretty much at golf course road. Swiggy delivers grocery in 15 mns. Will highly recommend for short or long stays for families & corporates.

Stay was good but there was a requirement of basic things and they were not there, we were 7 people but the cooker and the pan was not big enough to cook food, no garbage bags no towels in the bathroom and soap and what not

Very nice and amazing property, interior was very beautiful and aesthetic, staff were really nice. All the appliances, ac, machines were working properly. We loved the stay. All in all, the apartment was really clean and comfortable and amazing.
