Room is not as per photo which we saw in app, And also we didn't recive ant facility, like towel not available till morning, bedsheets not clean, washroom dosnt have anything, even nothing is available for bath.

worst stay

It was the worst stay for me here. There was no electricity the whole night in the hotel, even though I made 100 calls to the caretaker. They kept saying everything will be fine, it will be fixed soon. Even after booking a premium room, I got the worst service. In the morning at 8 AM the power came back, and then the caretaker called me to check out. Is this what you call premium room service?

The only good part was the room was spacious.. location were ok ok.. coming to the services, even the balcony they gave was in sharing with other room nd there is no toiletries, room freshner, proper house keeping available towels were smelling.. No kitchen was available that's ohk but they must provide basic crockery that was also not in good condition..

not maintained, no proper cleaning. Regular water was provided which tastes like untreated. Location of hotel is not very close to metro so have to keep that in mind while booking.

Overall good experience over the stay I had, crews were very supportive and kind, though we didn't take any food from hotel, location was also ok w.r.t destination but sometimes hard to get return cab services back to hotel (might be not applicable for few others)
