My bad experience at Saltstayz

The ac was not working fine. Wifi was not working fast. The room lock was defaulted and while opening it the key broke and they made me pay the money of breaking the the lock.But manager came and atleast assisted

Property is infected with cockroaches. Wifi doen't work & TV works on WIFI (i had stayed almost 4 days, but the problem didn't resolved, I doubt it was a problem) No foods except breakfast with fixed menu of Aloo paratha, butter toast, Poha & Bread omelette.

The room is not that good and the bed was too creaky and not clean also. The kitchen was not available there. The environment is not good and there is no cleanliness.

Wifi was not working and I was not getting any signals too. But they helped me by shifting my booking to another hotel nearby. Guy at reception tried his best to do this.

Dont book this hotel. There is no one to listen. Even they dont provide water to drink, towels in bathroom. Called reception for water and it didnt come. Lazy staff all over there. No food facility inside the hotel.
