Terrible Experience – Very Unprofessional Management My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. • The AC was not working, making the room uncomfortable. • I was not given the same room that was shown at the time of booking. • The washroom was dirty, damaged, and poorly maintained. • They didn’t even provide basic toiletries like soap. To make things worse, I accidentally left my smartwatch in the room, and when I called them, they simply said it was “not found” — highly unprofessional and suspicious behavior. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Definitely not worth the money.

This property has terrible services. I reached at around 9 PM, neither towels nor drinking water were available in room. Several calls had to be made to duty manager for fulfilment of basic services which were not heeded. I don’t recommend this property to any guest, particularly for solo women traveller

Room was fine . Toilet seemed unhygienic and there was fungus in room wall. Upon calling the reception they did change the room but it was almost similar. Staff were courteous
