Its a great place to stay. Located bang opposite a bustling market on Arjan Marg, its a perfect location. Easy access to cabs & autos; and all kinds of eateries, grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores, stationary shops, etc in the market make this a perfect location for travellers for any of their needs. The hotel itself has both "Third Wave Coffee" (cafe) and "Moti Mahal" (restaurant) in the same premises. In fact, the breakfast is organized at the restaurant only. Both breakfast options as well as the food at Moti Mahal for lunch/dinner are very good. The hotel is clean and tidy, providing every possible amenity in the room - wardrobe, coffee/tea maker, table & chair for work, TV, Geyser, Hair dryer, and toiletries. The room is modern, neat and well maintained. Food can called through room service or at the Moti Mahal restaurant below. Excellent experience of a budget hotel.

Bathroom hygiene is an issue, and the shower area is very small. Housekeeping service is a major issue, with long wait times and numerous follow-up calls. Morning breakfast service is extremely poor; refilling the food is not monitored, and Monte must wait for the food. There aren't many people in the dining area.
