Terrible Stay
The wifi was not working, room was not clean it is a guest house not a hotel, the staff was rude it was not a pleasant stay at all. Wil never visit the property again. The room size was also too small. There was no phone connection coming in the room as well. Worst experience

Excellent Stay
Rating: 5 - Excellent I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Saltstayz Premier – Arjun Marg & Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The location is perfect—close to the Golf Course Road and other key areas, yet peaceful and convenient. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this property for both business and leisure stays.

Terrible Stay
One of the most pathetic stays. Not at all worth the price. Wifi did not work. The person at the breakfast did not give water even when we asked for it several times. Spoke to us with such a tone that makes you feel threatened. Asked for iron multiple times and then got a broken and unusable one. Better book somewhere else.

Poor amenities & service
Very poor maintenance and amenities for the price point they’re at. No WiFi, no toiletries given until asked for, etc. The restaurant staff were very rude. Not worth the money they charge. Poor amenities for the price, no WiFi the 2 days I stayed, uncooperative staff with simple requests like ironing box, no toiletries until asked for, rude restaurant staff who took 10 minutes to provide water. Argumentative & unruly.

Location was not good . Lot of noise. With average amenities and poor service. The hotel had average standard rooms The hotel is below the normal standards with no parking facilities. The staff is non coooerative and the service is very poor. Food quality is average and unhygienic. There were cracks on the walls. The window was towards the lobby with no privacy.

Terrible Stay
There was no sound isolation; the doors were terrible. It felt like I was sitting outside in the lobby or in the neighbor's room. I was not able to sleep for a minute. I would rather sleep on the street than rent the hotel room if this was the last available option.

Co-operative staff, plush rooms and hygiene maintained too, we were supposed to stay for 2 days only but ended up spending the whole week

Average Stay
Sometimes room is not been cleaned, the admin changes rules for rule cleaning frequently (reason when they don’t clean the room). Lot of follow ups for drinking water. Also follow up for a week for my food bills

Good Stay
I had a comfortable stay at Saltstayz Arjun Marg. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the necessary amenities. The staff was polite and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The location is convenient, with good access to nearby markets and transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it for both short and long stays

Good Stay
Property is at a good location, just near by golf course road. The cleanliness was maintained good and room was tidy always Food - breakfast had good menu and was with good taste and hygiene. The only thing lacked was that they do not Have their own kitchen and they get everything from Moti Mahal restaurant for any order that takes longer time and also much costlier. Rest everything is good to stay comfortable there

My experience was terrible ... The hotel staff especially the reception people lack basic hospitality...denied my free breakfast...and were very rude to talk to...and no basic hospitality.... We are giving our money for the stay and hospitality and these people need to understand that ...
