Uncleaned bedsheets and untidy washroom made us check out in few hours of checkin, when tried reaching out to reception no one was there to listen and help us

Bathroom hygiene is an issue, and the shower area is very small. Housekeeping service is a major issue, with long wait times and numerous follow-up calls. Morning breakfast service is extremely poor; refilling the food is not monitored, and Monte must wait for the food. There aren't many people in the dining area.
