Good hotel overall. Access to hotel will be through small streets but all vehicles can still reach.

Average Stay
The service is usually good everytime, this time around we had issues with getting towels and cutlery. Had to remind the staff multiple times. Also, we found plumbing issues and the hand shower was clogged making the pressure too much which was a problem that could have been avoided with periodic maintenance. Still believe it's a good property but the upkeep needs to be better.

1. Food was very delicious no doubt 2. But the room service was very bad , room size too small , for every time i have to call for soap , dental kit they are not provided by own 3. Inside room no drinking water facility. 4. Next time I'll not go again

Excellent Stay
The stay was good as usual. The approach to the site is still tricky but the road has new construction which makes it ok. Parking is challenging, food is decent and gym is good enough for the purpose. Staff is always thorough, helpful and professional.

Dated Bloom Hotel
The AC was not functioning, the rooms looked dated and old. The bathroom got flooded with water as the drainage was not good..you can slip and fall easily

Great stay in Gurugram
Beautiful scenic hotel with classic architecture friendly staff excellent food and central location. The place had some renovations going on. Still I’d rate it very high. Kit, the friendly staff showed me around with such a passion. Wow

Terrible Stay! Poorly maintained rooms!
Had a terrible stay! The rooms were poorly maintained, bathroom had cement flooring, the first two rooms they showed me had bugs, and then I had to choose a room which was better than the initial rooms. They haven't provided bills for in room dining yet, which they said they weren't able to print and hence would email me!

Good to look at but a disappointing stay
At first glance the hotel was fine. But later on i realised the issues. The approach road to the hotel is a narrow lane through which only vehicle can pass in one direction. The sink leaked, flooding of the entire bathroom floor. No hot water in shower (it’s winter season. And the breakfast is just terrible. Tasteless grub.

Excellent Stay
Beautiful space with an open courtyard in a very central part of gurgaon. Very close to highway too. Rooms are functional and clean. Safe space for women travelers.

Best boutique stay in GgN
groupWe have been coming to this place since 2019. Its the only hotel we book for our stay since then in Gurgaon. The service, hospitality, the staff, food, ambience, hygiene is at par with the 5 stars of the city. The staff Vikram is very sweet and always helps us with the luggage and all. Never forgets to meet us or drop a Hi when we are here . And the managers are very accommodating . We asked for a late check out and Mr. Himanshu kindly arranged for it. We have had quite a few celebrations here at Bloom and there has never been any interference by the staff/help/housekeeping. Great place. No reason to not book it

Average Stay
The overall stay was good. Since the room lack insulation, the room get extremely chilly during winters. Shower was slow and it took time for geaser to heat.
