The staff are very unprofessional and didn't have any knowledge about hospitality. Even they are not checking properly what all included in the room booking and all, we need to explain them everything. services are very bad and slow. I have orded breakfast at 7:30 and got it by 10:40. very bad service

Poor receptionist. Never booking this hotel ever

The receptionist was rude and cunning. I was given a room which was smelling badly and when I complained they did not seem to take much interest. Moreover the receptionist remarked “you can cancel the booking” He charged 500/- extra for early check-in , which seems like a way of making extra money for that guy

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The hygiene standards were not up to the mark, and the bedding provided was dirty and uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs serious improvement. Would not recommend unless these basic issues are addressed.

The whole night there was continuous noise of people running up the stairs etc i could not sleep at all
