Nice and clean room Good hotel.......staff behaviour good... I'm very happy

We checked out 1 hour later so they straight away charges us Rs500 which was no where written. Also denied us for dental kit which was mentioned while booking description and told us that there will be no breakfast although it was complimentary in our booking.

I found this property on mmt only. Rooms were clean!! And the food is really too good!!! Each and everything is working in the room that is really a good thing

My stay was goog. The room was clean and tidy, but had a damp smell as there was no open window. I appreciated the hygienic standards and felt very welcome during the onboarding process. We faced issues as the door was not opening with the card and we had to call the reception a number of times to get the door unlocked.

It was very pleasant stay with friends. Nice hospitality and staff. Also, breakfast was pretty good in such a additional nice price.

There was no water in the washroom of our room, and no one from the company came to resolve the issue. We were also not informed about the breakfast timings, despite it being included. No one gave us a morning call for breakfast. When we called at 10 am, we were told that breakfast was over and we should have come down earlier. Who's supposed to inform us about these things? Isn't it the hotel's responsibility? The service was extremely poor. I won't be staying here again." Or, in a slightly more concise tone: "We had issues with the room, including no water in the washroom, and poor service. Breakfast was included, but we weren't informed about the timings or given a wake-up call. When we called, we were told it was too late. The overall experience was a disappointing experience

Good room condition, a bit of dirt on the floor, wifi was very poor, outside food allowed, overall good.

Service is not much good . I order my breakfast at 8 AM . They asked me to wait for 10 minutes, I haven’t received it till 9:10 AM . When I was checking out, they even asked once that please have breakfast as my breakfast was added in the booking
