there was no water supply. In the night and in the morning both. it was horrible I could not even use the flush. last time I also faced the issue. I booked the room with a bathtub worth 3600 they offered me a normal 2k room. when I fight asking where the bathtub is, they have given the last room to someone else..

NO AMMENITIES, LINENS AND PILLOWS ARE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY+ no staff management , cockraches in the property

I booked this property for a Jacuzzi and good breakfast. No buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi doesn't work. Ignorant Room Service staffs.

I had a wonderful stay at hoften s vasa.From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough every day. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Property is good staffs are good,I am giving average bcs there is opportunity to work on cleanliness as I found hairs on bed and pillow also sheets were not clean properly. Snacks wrapper used by previous guests were under the table.

The room was quite decent but somehow the jacuzzi in the room was not working and they didn’t even get it fixed or nor compensated for that, as they are charging for it, so they should take responsibility for that.
