Terrible Stay

During check-in, receptionist was very unprofessional and incompetent. He said booking is for 4 hours whereas booking was till next day (on his screen also booking till next day was being shown). First, we booked other room and they provided another. When i objected then they changed my room. Second, there was no water, toiletries, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, etc. In the room means i need to call every time for a thing. Third, all the power socket were loose, there was no proper lighting in the room. Stay was not satisfying.

The room was excellent very clean and spacious. The balcony was really good and had a shade and a good view. Complimentary breakfast at that price for room was a nice touch and had enough quantity. Overall very smooth and quiet and enjoyed the stay for two days

soloWhen I entered the room there was nothing there like Towels, Kettle, water bottle, TV was also not working initially as there was no set-top box, room was also smelling like anything. Then, I called the reception and they did the fix for all these things. The washrooms were stinking and it was not at all clean. In the morning when I went for breakfast then I just ordered Bread/Butter and they took 30 minutes for that and then I left waiting. Already, there were 3 people screaming for their Aloo Paratha from last 30 minutes. So, I better thought to leave.
