Poor service and rooms but the food was good, the receptionist was rude and lacked politeness, feedback was shared with the owner.

Horrible experience at my stay bedsheet was not clean and exp was bad and furniture was broken and washroom was not clean

No service for tea in morning after order tge we get the tea after 1 hr, breakfast was very late only 1 person to serve for 12 persons. Landlines phone is not working. Staff having zero knowledge of hospitality.

I was stay 2 night in this hotel, Service is too poor, Landline phone not working. Ordered tea , it's becoming after 1 hours.

On road parking, no fridge, no kettle for tea and coffee.bed not comfortable. Washroom not managed and broken.

Property is centrally located but unhygienic rooms/washroom, linen, & even mattress was quite uncomfortable I couldn't sleep entire nigh The overall experience was bad including the room service which was pathetic

Absolutely amazing and pleasant experience and stay .Sanil and his team were very ,very friendly and helpful in checking in .The room service also was quick and prompt ,loved the tea .The washrooms were tidy and well maintained .Definitely recommended .

Good service and excellent customer service support

extremely pathetic hotel and they are working with a Cheap class Manager who even don't have manners to talk to a customer. there room was not good and when we complained, the reception staff was trying to fool us with not listening attitude and Manager was ready to fight

Breakfast was good. Room service was good but there was some type of water leak in washroom and floor was full of water and the worst was outlet pipe was not able to through the water out. But overall it was good.

Non maintained average property. Noisy rooms. Small rooms ok for single person only not for family. Dirty towels. Even do not bother to refill toiletries

The room has a big single seater sofa which occupies a lot of space and makes the room congested. Two tea bags were available with no coffee or sugar sachets. Kettle was available with no cups. Dinner is included in the price. However, non-veg was not available. Lights above the bed could not be turned off. Food is okay. Parking is on the road in front of the hotel.

My booking was with breakfast and lunch/dinner, i was travel-ling with my 2 kids and 2 adults as per the booking. Lunch was not provided to us and there was no buffet, ultimately we need to pay for the snacks. I have bill for the payment done. Please check and let me know the results.

Extremely sorry hotel. Linen had yellow stains and was not asked at all. Curtains were too surety to be touched. Reception was way too dirty at check-in. Reception boy had no uniform.
