Checkin took time. Receptionist asked to sign numerous times as was confused. TV was not working. Ordered ice bucket never came and was charged however it was waived off. But biggest turndown is tv not working and it happened during last stay. Staff said he will inform tk manager but no one informed what was the reason, finally gave up.

Room was neat and clean just they should have partition in bathroom so that the after taking a bath whole bathroom doesn't get wet. Also they need to change or repair the ac as on the forth floor ac doesn't work very well
