Here’s a concise version of your complaint: My stay was pathetic, completely unhygienic and unclean. The bedsheets provided were dirty and appeared to have been used previously without being changed or washed. the drinking water bottles supplied in the room were already opened and unsealed, and I was charged extra without any valid explanation or prior information Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone and urge the management to take immediate corrective actions.

Demand extra money and I give them for room, otherwise I will sleep on roof watching star in this drastic summer

Pathetic hotel. *Don't go* I booked hotel from make my trip , the room which i selected was deluxe room with ac and all amenities after reaching hotel samrat the person sitting on counter was rude first of all he said the room which you have selected we won't be able to provide ac , so i asked him but i have booked ac room , he didn't allowed and started arguing but as i needed a room i didn't had time i paid him extra 500 rs to get ac room then he said wait for 2 minutes we are arranging room i sat for 15 minutes thinking they would call me and asked them if the room is available the guy said no wait sit on sofa we'll call you i waited for another 30 minutes but no one called then again i went I asked for my room he very rudely said wait the ac is under maintenance so having no option i sat again from the time i completed my formalities till the time i got the keys of my room it took an hour i was sitting near counter all sweaty then when i went to room , i saw the condition of the room even slums are better no latch or any kind of lock to the door i had to keep a bucket full of water to prevent door from opening as i was with one of my friend. the air conditioner was some 3rd classs quality with no remote to increase or decrease temperature, water dripping from air conditioner, one bucket kept below it to collect water , when i slept and woke up in the morning saw water coming out of the bucket my bag got wet my charger got damaged whole room filled with water cupboard door broken toilet not cleaned , very unhygienic condition.

Pathetic hotel staff behaviour was not appropriate dirty room bed sheet were full of full cigrate marks

Room kafi ganda tha usme kuda pda. Tb mmt support n yh kha ki aap baat krwa do humare bhut khne pr bhi recipt ion walo n baat ki humko vhi room no -438 hi diya . Muskil se baithe baithe raat kati
